Description
Modern apartments are situated in a completely renovated historical building from 14th century, in the middle of The Old Town of Prague. They offer very comfortable accommodation for reasonable price.
There are 8 apartments in total:
2x One Bedroom Apartment (4+2)
1x Two Bedroom Apartment (5+1)
3x Large Two Bedroom Apt (5+2)
1x Exclusive Apartment (7+2)
1x Three Bedroom Apt (7+3)
NOTICE:
As there is no reception in the apartments, we strongly recommend to use our inexpensive transfer service - keys will be delivered to you by our driver. If going by train, please wait for the driver on the platform where you arrive!
In case, that you for any reasons don't wish us to arrange transfer to the apartments, please note, that you can collect the keys at main office of the apartments at : Holeckova 13, Prague 5. The main office of the apartments is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. More info and directions ( if requested ) will be stated in your final confirmation.

Studio Apartment (2/1)
This comfortable studio apartment that has been newly refurbished is located in the top centet of Prague only couple meters from the Old Town square. Its location and equipment makes it a perfect place for couples, small groups of friends or families.
1 bedroom apartment (4/2)
each for 6 people maximum, 67 m2, with 1 separate bedroom and a living room, kitchenette, TV, bathroom with shower + WC, possible to add 2 extra beds, + sofa, dining table with 4 chairs
2 bedroom apartment (5/1)
for 6 people max, 77 m2, kitchenette, TV, bathroom with shower + WC, dining table with 4 chairs. There is one bedroom on the upper floor and one on the lower floor connected with a living area. Great for families!
Large 2 bedroom apartment (5/2)
for 7 people max, 90 m2, 2 separate bedrooms (2 x double bed + 1 x single bed), living room, kitchenette, TV, bathroom with bath tub + shower + WC, 2 extra beds possible, + sofa, dining table with 4 chairs
Exclusive Apartment (7/2)
for 9 people max, 114 m2, 2 separate bedrooms on 2 floors (3x double bed + 2x single bed), living room, kitchenette, TV, bathroom with bath tub + shower + WC, 1 extra bed possible, + sofa, dining table with 4 chairs
3 bedroom apartment (7/3)
for 10 people max, 120 m2, 3 bedrooms (2 x double bed + 4 x single beds), living room, kitchenette, TV, bathroom with bath tub + shower + WC, 2 extra beds possible, sofa, dining table with 4 chairs

Payment and cancelation conditions
Cancellation / change of a booking is free of charge if cancelled/changed 2 days prior to arrival day until 9 am local time. Cancellation / change of a booking less then 2 days prior to arrival day or no show - cost of the first night of your stay will be debited from your credit card. More in FAQ.
